    For a higher level of support you may choose the package that includes 3 one-on-one telehealth consultations.

  • All recipes may be modified to accommodate individualized dietary needs. You may reach out for advice and guidance.

  • We highly recommend that you allocate 1-2 hours to review all the materials and complete any activities at the beginning of each week. New habits may be integrated into your daily routine and the amount of time needed week to week will vary based on the individual.

  • Our team is here to support you with direct messaging, follow-up coaching, and personalized feedback. If life happens, feel free to pick back up where you left off. You will have on-going access to the modules.

  • This program is designed for adults of all ages who are looking to improve their health through sustainable habits.

  • The total cost for the 12-week basic self-paced program is $375, which includes personalized coaching and comprehensive resources.

    For tailored expert guidance choose the program that includes monthly one-on-one visits with a Registered Dietitian for only $975, payable in 3 monthly payments of $325.

  • It goes without saying that exercise is a foundational pillar of wellness and we encourage you to maintain your exercise routine throughout the 12 habits program. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends 2-5 hours or more of weekly moderate- to vigorous-intensity aerobic activities and strength-training on 2 or more days a week. While exercise is not a part of this particular program, we recommend daily movement and mindfulness practices and are available to offer suggestions and answer any questions you may have.
