Esther Schultz MS RDN
Food is incredibly powerful. The foods we choose to eat can have a profound effect on our physical and mental health. Every cell in the human body is created and energized by the nutrients we put in, which is why it is vitally important to be knowledgeable and intentional about the foods we choose to eat. Esther will help you discover the foods that are best for you to help you achieve optimal health and resilience.
Esther specializes in autoimmune conditions, digestive health, and chronic lifestyle diseases. As the former dietitian for DreamWorks and NBCUniversal, Esther has worked with a diverse range of clients. She works regularly with clients suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Hashimoto's thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's, type 2 diabetes, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's, fibromyalgia, cardiovascular disease, and other autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses. She also works with people experiencing mystery symptoms like unexplained fatigue, hair loss, vertigo, migraines, bloating, reflux, anxiety and depression. She has been trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University.
Esther takes a functional and integrative approach to nutrition counseling, focusing on the whole person rather than a set of symptoms. She begins by conducting a thorough medical and dietary assessment. She will then work with you to create a personalized nutrition care plan. Her approach is entirely individualized because, with nutrition, one size does not fit all. Esther takes into account your dietary preferences, lifestyle, relationship with food, and budget to develop a plan that will work for you.

When I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, it brought everything to a halt. The first thing the doctor told me I had to change was my diet. It was so overwhelming. I began working with Esther and instantly felt I was in good hands. As a result, I am healthier now at the age of 41 than ever before.
