What clients say

Jocelyn has given us the gift of better health by sharing her deep knowledge and wisdom on nutrition, and more. My husband has dealt with type 2 diabetes for decades and we never imagined the improvements we could both make in our overall health - including cholesterol and blood sugar. We can’t believe that we are both now at the same weight that we were in high school. We are so very thankful.

V. Gindoff

After gallbladder surgery, I needed a true healthcare professional. Luckily, I found Jocelyn. Since adopting her prescribed nutrition recommendations, I feel great. I also have energy that I didn’t have before surgery and my brain fog has cleared. I even noticed that my nails are healthier and stronger. I’ve turned my life around and I thank Jocelyn from the bottom of my heart!

A. Sands

As an athletic trainer and kinesiology professor I turned to Jocelyn when my wife and I needed a nutrition plan for a Spartan 30 mile obstacle course race. She was up-to-date on the latest research and helped us make small, easy-to-implement changes that immediately had a positive impact. Not only were we successful in completing our Ultra, but the "changes" we made over a year ago are now part of our everyday lifestyle.

Thank you Jocelyn! I can’t believe the difference you’ve made in my life. Dealing with several autoimmune disorders, I’d given up hope that I would ever have a normal life. Not only am I back to work, but my energy levels are fantastic. I feel great!
